my name is alissa and i started this blog way back when, sharing my recipes & stories about my journey with type one diabetes, and now i use it to share things that inspire me, things i'm going through or being challenged by.

i am a toddler mama, wife of one very handsome hard-working man, a believer in Christ, a bible journaler, a curly girl, and i have a passion for cooking healthy food and trying new natural beauty products.
