here goes...
take 1 egg, 1/2 pint milk and 4oz flour. mix together.
thats it! thats the whole thing! so you can vary the type of flour you use. i tend to do a mix, depending on what we have in the house, and what i am feeling like.
this time is used a mix of buckwheat (perfect pancake flour), gluten/wheat free and wholemeal. delicious and nutritious, eh?
don't forget to add healthy toppings, maple syrup, honey, yoghurt, sugar free jam. mmm.
